Based on Tabitha's experience, In Vitro remembers
the astonishing sight of embryos floating in the cosmos of a Petri dish - viewed
during two unsuccessful cycles of IVF. Like heavenly bodies, the embryos are surrounded by the constellations which appeared in the night sky at the time of treatment. Stars and embryos were pricked out using the syringes which delivered the IVF drugs into Tabitha's body.
In Vitro was a winning entry in Liverpool Art Prize 2013.
